Tech and Media - $2bn Media business - Digital transformation
We worked with the CFO of a $2bn Media business in helping drive their transformation. Our "Operators" included an ex-McKinsey consultant who had subsequently launched a $500mn scale-up; an ex-BCG consultant who had PMO’d large Private Equity transformations; an ex-LEK consultant who subsequently focused on market analysis.
Overseen by a Senior McKinsey Director, we worked with a Global Reinsurance business to help think through how they can leverage technology to improve operational efficiency. Our “Operator” who led the project on the ground, was an ex-McKinsey AP who had subsequently worked in three Global Reinsurance businesses in both the Strategy and CFO teams.
We worked with the Chief Transformation Officer to help lead the different transformation streams of a business requiring a turnaround. The project team consisted of an ex-BCG consultant with deep subsequent PMO experience; an ex-PWC Partner who specialised in Target Operating Model work; and an ex-AlixPartners consultant who specialised in cost-out.
